We view our relationship with VARs as a service partnership.

When your customer orders a network system - hardware and software - they look to you for long-term, high quality service. Atkin/Jones offers an unparalleled service partnership to resellers of critical business applications.
We are prepared to act as your network system service department, providing installation , preventive maintenance, and emergency service to your customers.
You will receive a portion of our fees through contract profit sharing, referral commissions for non-contract service, and reduced pricing for any technical services you require.

Dedication and Trust

We're dedicated to serving your customers
Atkin/Jones is an independent computer service organization. We specialize in
Intel-based networks and have limited our service area to southern California. Our technical staff has extensive training in Microsoft NT, Novell Netware, SCO Unix, PICK Systems products, and various desktop operating systems.
We maintain a complete inventory of burned-in subsystems and working spares. We do the testing ourselves, so we know that our backups will work before we go into the field.

We're a partner you can trust
Some service technicans point a finger at software whenever they face a problem they don't know how to solve. This puts users in an uncomfortable position and damages the VAR's reputation. We encourage cooperation behind the scenes to find the best solution to the problem at hand.

"Close cooperation between the network service organization and the application software provider are key to end-user satisfaction."

- Wendell Wendell Sawyer, Alpine Systems, Inc.
