Installation

We will assist you with site planning,
cable mapping, and installation logistics. We will identify environmental
requirements such as power, air conditioning, and dust / static control.
Installation services are available through your company or direct to the client,
whichever you prefer.
Preventive Maintenance

Atkin/Jones provides routine scheduled
maintenance to all contract service clients. On-call "as needed" and depot maintenance
options are also available to non-contract clients.
Emergency Service

When a system goes down, the customer's
personnel sit idle and data may be at risk. Our job is to explore every possible
hardware and software solution to save data and put the system back online.
Contract service customers receive priority service. Two- to four-hour response
is guaranteed during normal business hours.
When your customer has a problem with a piece of hardware, we'll diagnose it,
fix it, or replace it. Fast!
